 This privately-owned luxury  Guest House is nestled within the urban compound of Moultrie's historic district, one of the first dwellings constructed to accommodate Officers of the nearby Pre-WWII Air Base, built in 1934 during the tenure of the property's first owner W.J. Pippin.  Later in 2004, current owner
J. H.  Drake, extensively renovated the building by adding significant updates.  Today, the property once again welcomes tenants and guests to the city where Southern hospitality has always been an art.

Guests at 715 First Street S.E. Enjoy off-street parking and a personal welcome from the knowledgeable rental agent eager to make their stay a delight.

Every amenity has been attended to including a kitchen with stove, microwave oven and fridge w/ice maker. 

  Laundry facilities are on site.The roomy interiors of the Guest House capture the essence of the Art Deco movement, red oak floors, and a second floor balcony with a view of the downtown activities. Furnishings    include attractive antiques, as well as comfortable couches and luxury bedding for a restful Moultrie stay.  It is an ideal accommodation for couples celebrating a special occasion or for traveling executives 

We have four rooms to accommodate our guest, The Plantation Room and Nautical Room have two queen beds each. The Southern Hospitality Room and Congo Room have one queen bed each and are on the ground floor.

The city's legendary downtown Courthouse Square is only a few steps away.  A stroll along
the breathtaking historic homes and churches you'll find award winning restaurants fascinating and important places of interest that add to the city's ambiance.
