There is no up-charge for peak periods, holidays, or weekend stays, though minimum stays may be required during those periods, if the minimum stay cannot be met an up-charge will apply. Rooms need to be guaranteed with a credit card. You may send a check to pre pay for the entire stay, but we still require a credit card number to hold the reservation. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Travelers Checks. Reservation/Cancellation Policy: A deposit of one night's accommodation or ½ your stay (whichever is greater) is required at booking. Seven days prior notice of cancellation or change of date is required. If cancellation is given less than 7 days prior, guest will be responsible for full payment. Deposits are non-refundable if proper notice is not given. There are minimum stay requirements during peak periods and weekends (Holidays, Sunbelt Expo, RV Convention, Swap Meet, Diving and Swimming Competitions.) Please Inquire. Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Early check-ins must be pre-arranged with us. Check-out is at 11:00 am. A late check-out may be arranged if another guest will not be checking into your room on that same date. The business office is located at 710 first street north east, Moultrie, Ga. Complimentary housekeeping is provided on a daily basis except Saturday and Sunday. Please make every effort to provide access to our housekeeping staff between the hours of 10:00 am and 12:30 pm . Laundry Facility on site. We are a couples and business persons destination. Sorry No pets; accommodations can be arranged. We expect there to be normal wear and tear, aside from that, we anticipate that our guest will leave it as they found it or arrange with us to have it put back the way it was. Smoking is allowed outside the house only. Microwavable snacks are ok to eat in your room. We do not allow hot plates, warmers, or electric water kettles in the rooms except where they are provided by us. Stoves are furnished for extended stays only. Please inquire. Breakfast is served between 6 am and 10 am Monday through Friday, CLOSED WEEKENDS at the Plantation House Restaurant on the square.
